Tap Dance makes a distinctive contribution in educating all dance pupils, developing an understanding of rhythm, sense of performance and appreciation of a variety of musical styles.

Within our tap classes we follow the ISTD syllabus and encourage enthusiastic students to participate in annual examinations.We concentrate on tap technique and performance skills, allowing us to experiment with exciting tap rhythms, creating original and unique tap dances, to perform at displays and shows throughout Sussex.

We also like to encourage pupils that participate in Tap Dance to learn another genre along side to aid dance technique.
